11/18/10
Today went pretty smoothly. My patient had an upper denture and a lower partial with 5 teeth:) So i got him done pretty quick. Luckily, he let me take a pano on him so I did something that was a little more productive. I was hoping that another patient I called was going to come in for a full mouth series of x-rays. I'm in desperate need of PA's. I'm not having the best of luck at finding patients that will get PA's and local anesthesi. I know I'm going to be stressed out next semester trying to meet those requirements. It all works out and I just need to keep that in mind. Also, we still have one more clinic day, so hopefully I will get the opportunity to do some of these requirements then!:)

Don't stress out about PA's or your requirements. You will get them done. I think that you will be suprised at how many you will get done. When you finally get your class IV patient and mockboard patients you will have all of your PA's done. You can also take PA's at the VA of the anterior teeth when we go back which should help you with your requirements. You will find ways to get those done. Congrats on getting the pano at Weber.
ReplyDeleteOh, and thanks for taking my patient for me. I am sorry that he didn't have more teeth for you.
